I wanted to exercise everyday, but today it didn't happen. OK - so I had an early morning radio thing (but I could have if I'd really wanted to). Oh well, tomorrow's another day, right?
I found your blog today and I also need to lose 10 big ones ok they're not that big non the less they need to go, the challenge is on - through exercise alone. I plan to lose them by New Years this way this does not have to be my New Years resolution...I don't want to change my diet because I bought this great little cookbook by Sam the Cooking Guy. I will check in with you to see how it's going...Hopefully I will be successful. Good Luck Size 8 who needs to be a 6
Just an FYI - Ever since I started cooking religiously from the "Good Book of Sam" I've lost about 13 lbs! Not to give Sam all the creidt, cause I've been working out like a maniac too, but still! Keep on truckin'!
Hey Sam, I just wanted to say that even though you feel 'chunkier', we never for a moment thought you were chunky to begin with, and we met you in person at Serranata in College Grove, and our first thoughts were "t.v. *must* add 10 lbs. because Sam is way skinner in person"! Kudos to you for wanting to improve your health though. You rock! =) P.S.-This doesn't fit into extremely healthy eating here, but we made your chicken enchiladas for the first time the other night, and OMG......YUM!! Okay off to Curves to work them off.. One more month until my Mom makes her infamous wait all year stuffing, and *I* get to try that omlet you keep boasting about. Yum! Keep up the good work, we *heart* you!
I'm lucky. I haven't exercised in forever and everything's been ok. But lately I've been feeling a little 'chunkier' if you know what I mean, and I need to change that. I'd like to lose around 10 pounds. So this blog will chart my progress - good or bad. I don't really like exercising, but my it's not just about weight - it's about my overall health. So off I go. And if you're so inspired to join in - welcome to it.
